Who may clean each room
Room access limits who can complete cleaning in a room, and rooms under USP <797> or <800> also require the person to hold the matching qualification.
Completion evidence
Each item records who did the work, when, the cleaning products in the order used and any recorded value. Late entries capture who did the work, who entered it and why.
Missed periods, review and export
A banner lists each missed day, week or month with a link to that period. Managers review and acknowledge sessions and export the log as CSV, or as PDF or Excel for a date range from Inspector View.

Make the cleaning record specific to the area and product used
A monthly item should remain distinguishable from daily work even when both are completed in the same room on the same day.
- Configure the area or equipment item, required cadence and cleaning product sequence from the approved procedure.
- Record completion against the scheduled item with the operator, time and reagent used.
- Review missed periods and late entries: each late entry shows who did the work, who entered it and the reason given.
USP’s <797> FAQs distinguish cleaning and disinfecting practices and explain the role of manufacturer instructions and facility SOPs for opened supplies. A digital schedule should implement the approved procedure rather than invent a universal frequency or contact time.

Can daily and monthly work share one room log?
Yes. CompliRx groups work by area while retaining each checklist item’s frequency. Completing a daily item does not stand in for a separate monthly requirement.
Does the software choose the correct cleaning agent?
Your approved procedure and product instructions determine agent selection, sequence and use. CompliRx records configured products and completion evidence; it does not establish chemical suitability for your surfaces or process.
