CompliRx collects information you provide when creating an account, submitting a demo request, or using our platform. This includes name, email, phone number, company name, and pharmacy type.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our compliance management services, communicate with you about your account, and send relevant product updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to CompliRx text alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the compliance alerts you requested and record when you consented. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing categories and will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See SMS terms.

4. Data security

CompliRx employs industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging consistent with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

5. Data retention

Compliance data is retained in accordance with FDA and USP requirements. You may request deletion of your personal account information by contacting us.
