CompliRx Terms of Service

Use of the service

CompliRx provides software for organizing facility operations, compliance records, and related information. You may use the service for your organization's internal business purposes, subject to these terms and any separate written agreement with CompliRx. You must have authority to use the service on behalf of your organization.

You are responsible for your account, for protecting login credentials, and for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to submit it. Do not share accounts, impersonate another user, attempt to access another organization's data, or interfere with the service.

Your information

Your organization retains its rights to information it submits. You authorize CompliRx to store and process that information to operate, support, secure, and improve the service. Do not upload patient-identifying information unless a separate written agreement expressly permits that use and establishes the required safeguards.

Confidentiality and no sharing

Nonpublic service features, documentation, pricing, security information, pilot materials, and information identified as confidential are confidential. Protect them with reasonable care. Do not distribute account access, screenshots, recordings, documentation, or nonpublic materials outside your organization without written permission, except to professional advisers bound by confidentiality or as required by law. Information independently developed, lawfully obtained elsewhere, or already public without a breach is excluded.

Feedback

You may provide suggestions and feedback. You authorize CompliRx to use that feedback without payment or attribution to improve its products. This permission does not transfer ownership of your operational records or authorize public disclosure of your confidential information.

Operational responsibility

The service supports your work; it does not provide legal, clinical, or regulatory advice or guarantee compliance. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing outputs, validating records and processes, maintaining required backups, and making operational decisions. Automated suggestions require your independent review.

Availability and limitations

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without warranties, and CompliRx is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any separate signed agreement controls to the extent it provides different service, liability, or payment terms.

Suspension and termination

CompliRx may suspend access for misuse, security concerns, or breach of these terms. Your organization may stop using the service. Contact your CompliRx representative to arrange retrieval of organization records and discuss retention requirements before closing an account.

Changes and contact

Material updates will be published as a new version and require renewed acceptance before continued application access. Previous accepted versions remain available for reference. Contact your CompliRx representative with questions about these terms.
